At Flowdexx, we take the security of your data seriously. We use a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Data at rest in our databases is also encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms.

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is built on top of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), a secure, world-class cloud provider that is compliant with numerous security standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

Access Control

• We practice the principle of least privilege, ensuring that our employees have access only to the data necessary to perform their job functions.
• All access to our production environment is restricted and requires multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• We use Firebase Authentication for user management, which provides secure authentication methods for our customers.

Vulnerability Management

We regularly scan our applications and infrastructure for vulnerabilities and address any findings in a timely manner. We encourage responsible disclosure from security researchers. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please contact us at security@flowdexx.com.
